For payment confirmation, customers are required to send a scanned copy of the Original Bank-in Slip / Transfer Slip / Screen Shot of the successful Fast Payment to APAC by email or fax. Any original copy of Bank-in Slip / Transfer Slip, or screen shot of fast payment must be kept securely for collection / presentation during redemption. Scroll down for details of the instructions.

An unsuccessful payment might cause due to small value transfer limit of your bank account. Customers are advised to check the amount of limit, or if necessary, raise the transfer limits. |

Log in your e-banking platform / mobile application (if any) to proceed payment. Enter the FPS account number (7816804) of APAC Solution Corporation Limited, amount, and Sales Order Number (under the field of Message to Recipient).

Upload the copy / screen shot of the bank-in / transfer slip, or successful payment of the Fast Payment to MOSS website

Log in your MOSS account and select “Order Status”. Choose “Pay Now”.
Select and upload the scanned copy of the bank-in slip. Then select “Submit”.
“Successful Uploaded” wordings shown after your submission. ORIGINAL Copy of the bank-in / transfer slip, or screen shot of the successful Fast Payment is an important proof of document and will be collected or presented during redemption. Customer MUST keep the document securely.

APAC will take 2 working days to verify the payment after receiving the your proof of payment. Upon payment confirmation, customer will receive an Order Confirmation Email listing the redemption information.
Please note that the cut-off time of every bank for payment would be different. Payment made after the cut-off time, during Saturday and Sunday, or Public Holidays, are considered received on the next working day.
